In a deeply personal revelation, Kris Jenner has shared some concerning news about her health. During a recent episode of The Kardashians, Kris disclosed that doctors have discovered a tumor on her ovary, leading to the need for an ovary removal procedure.
The emotional moment unfolded while Kris was on vacation in Aspen with her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, and her daughters Kendall, Khloe, and Kim. In a heartfelt conversation, Kris broke the news to her family, visibly moved by the gravity of the situation. “I wanted to tell you guys something,” she began. “I went to the doctor and had my scan. They found, and this just makes me emotional, but they found a cyst and a little tumor on my ovary.”
Kris continued, her voice wavering, “Dr. A said I’ve gotta have my ovaries taken out, and I’m emotional about it because they came in handy with you guys. That’s where all my kids were conceived and that’s where they were grown, in my tummy. So this is a very sacred place to me.”
Her daughter, Kim Kardashian, expressed her sadness and empathy, acknowledging how difficult the situation must be for her mother. Khloe, wanting to keep the family informed, called their sister Kourtney to share the news. Kourtney, understanding the emotional weight of the situation, offered words of support, saying, “I totally understand how my mom is feeling because I would feel the same way. It’s your womanly power, and it doesn’t mean that it’s taking away who she is or what she’s experienced, but I would feel this sentimental feeling of what it’s created.”
To lift the family’s spirits, Kim suggested a “farewell ovaries party,” adding a touch of lightheartedness to an otherwise heavy moment. Corey also stepped in to support Kris, surprising her with a black fur coat, a gift he hoped would “help your energy.”
Despite the challenging news, Kris remained optimistic. “I’m gonna be fine…I have you guys,” she said. Reflecting on her life and her role as a mother, she added, “People often ask me what is the best job I’ve ever had, and I’ve always said: Mom. The biggest blessing in my life was being able to give birth to six beautiful kids.”
