Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, are facing serious allegations in a recently filed lawsuit that claims they sent explicit content to employees, with some of the material allegedly reaching minors. The lawsuit, which also includes accusations of late payments and mistreatment of workers, paints a troubling picture of the couple’s business practices.
According to the lawsuit, after deciding to launch an adult entertainment business, Bianca allegedly shared a file containing pornographic videos with employees. These videos were intended to be uploaded to a new application currently in development. Unfortunately, it appears that the file was accessible to some minor employees involved in the project, raising significant concerns.
The lawsuit, which was obtained by TMZ, also alleges that Kanye West, along with Milo Yiannopoulos, his former chief of staff, consistently failed to pay employees on time. The documents claim that Kanye refused to compensate employees for their work on promoting his new albums, “Vulture” and “Vulture II,” through the YZYVSN app. Furthermore, it is alleged that the couple hired a group of 14-year-olds to work on the app, raising questions about their compliance with labor laws.
Additional accusations in the lawsuit include claims of broken promises regarding working conditions and forcing employees, including minors, to sign non-disclosure and “volunteer” agreements under the threat of termination or withheld payment.
This lawsuit adds to the growing list of legal troubles for Kanye West, who is already facing two other lawsuits. One of these was filed by his former employee, Trevor Phillips, who accused Kanye of making disturbing remarks, including praising Hitler and threatening the LGBTQ+ community. Phillips’ attorney stated that the lawsuit aims to protect their clients’ rights and send a message that discrimination and hate speech have no place in society.
