Kanye West Sued by Ex-Assistant for Sexual Harassment and Wrongful Termination

Kanye West is facing a lawsuit from his former executive assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, for wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Pisciotta alleges that West dismissed her after sending her explicit sexual texts and videos.

Pisciotta, who previously worked as an OnlyFans model, was hired by West in 2021 before he launched his fashion brand. According to her claims, the 46-year-old rapper insisted she delete her OnlyFans account, promising her an annual salary of $2 million as compensation, double her previous earnings of $1 million per year. However, this salary adjustment never materialized.

In addition, Pisciotta alleges that West expected her to be on call 24/7 and frequently sent her explicit messages that made her uncomfortable. One such message allegedly read:

“See my problem is I be wanting to fk but then after I fk I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fked while I’m fking them.”

Another disturbing message purportedly stated:

“Is my dk racist? It is. This fking racist dk of mine. I’m going to beat this fking racist dk for being fking racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of White women with Black a*ses and beat the st out of my racist dk…Beating the st out of this big Black ck.”

Pisciotta also claims that West’s harassment escalated, with him allegedly masturbating during phone calls and asking her to guess what he was doing.

The lawsuit against West includes charges of breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and creating a hostile work environment. Pisciotta, who was fired in October 2022, was offered a $3 million severance package, which she accepted, but she has yet to receive the payment.
