On April 26, Kim Zolciak, former star of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” made an emotional 911 call, alleging that her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, had violated a court order. TMZ released the call recording and footage from a police body camera, capturing the tense situation.
Zolciak reported to the police that Biermann had breached a court order from December 2023, which mandated that the couple live on separate sides of their mansion in Atlanta, Georgia. In a tearful voice, she told the dispatcher that Biermann had taken her phone and locked himself in the primary bedroom.
She recounted,
“He broke into my nanny’s room and he’s going through my entire phone. He’s locked himself in the room, going through all of my stuff. He’s taking everything out of my nanny’s suite. He broke in while I was in there.”
Kim continued to express her distress,
“He’s been screaming and yelling all night … I feel so violated. I have divorce stuff in there, I have so many things in there. Going through my phone is insane … I have nothing to hide. I have no privacy. I’m tired of living like this.”
When asked by the dispatcher if she was in any immediate danger, Zolciak confirmed there were no weapons involved and no need for medical assistance. However, she expressed uncertainty about Biermann’s actions.
The body camera footage showed police at the couple’s home, with Zolciak accusing Biermann of frequently invading her side of the mansion. She exclaimed,
“This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense. I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough.”
Kroy Biermann, on the other hand, denied all the allegations made by Zolciak, best known for her song “Google Me.”
